Littlejohnwatch: a reasonable start
So, the comments came pouring in as ever. This is the template for getting a comment published on the Littlejohn page:
"Oh Mr Littlejohn Sir, you have hit the nail on the head again! Your wise insights are so much better than the Socialist claptrap we have to read in America. If only you were PM!"
But today the votes are going against the batshit insane, and so far are promoting the dissent. As in:
Superb and yet again to the point.
But Richard, the only thing that results from your articles is our amuzement. And my thanks for it.
I however believe that gifted people such as yourself are duty bound to do more then write. Come on, the PM job , although beneath you, would prove a better way of utilising such gift. Then hire Rudy J. for the police, Clarkson for transport, Morgan for internal affairs and Branson for treasury. The UK would be a decent place to live in once again in no time.

And:
When you enlist in the services you accept the conditions and the compensation scheme if you are injured. What you must not accept is sexual bullying, intimidation and harrasment that destroys you career. How would you react if your daughter was sexually harrassed and bullied at work?

So we'll see how it goes throughout the day. I fear this could be the high water mark, before RLJ himself notices and barks down the phone at the lackeys. But we'll see.

I’ve noted with surprise that, generally, the more reasonable comments are being voted up and the usual reactionary crap is being buried.
Could it be that the Mail’s website attracts a large – albeit silent- liberal readership, and the ratings system has given them a voice?
Where have they been all this time, and why haven’t they been commenting? Surely the mods haven’t been censoring them? *gasp*
I’m not sure it’s going to last too long in its current doesn’t-require-registration, any ol’ leftie can vote form; articles are going to start looking silly if the enraged comments they are designed to create is voted down and the rational rebuffs are voted up.

This is such fun. I fear we will not be allowed to continue for much longer.
Do so many people really want him for PM and Clarkson for Transport Minister? Jeepers… Somewhat depressing.
