Thank goodness for that!
Phew. I know we've all been worried about the recent plague of 1940s Black Marketeers hawking cigarettes and kidneys from their camel-hair coats. Well today the Express, who have led the charge against these pencil-moustachioed back-door tradesmen, brings wonderful news:
Excellent. Now we can relax safe in the knowledge that people aren't going to be selling their ration coupons for contraband wares.
