...from Express readers on the wonderful success of Christine Ohuruogu in the 400 metres final yesterday.

That's a shame. I was looking forward to the Express's online readers offering forth their opinions about this excellent and positive story for Britain. You know, once they've taken a break from answering those other important and not-at-all-leading questions on the 'world's greatest newspaper''s website...

Do you want David Cameron to run our country?
Are you worse off under Gordon Brown?
Don't let us down, Brown
GCSE record as one in five get top grades
Should all uninsured drivers be jailed?
Should police be allowed to get second jobs?
Calamity-hit Brown faces party calls for a leadership vote
Ban speed cameras say road safety campaigners
French energy firm 'rips off UK families'
Long-term sickness cases 'could be slashed by 60 per cent'
Should taxpayers bail out Northern Rock?
Should all drunken louts be jailed?
Now a £110 fine for over-filling your bin
Are you fed up with health and safety zealots?
Are you struggling to make ends meet?
Should BP be made to cut fuel prices?
Are Labour doomed under Brown?
Should jet yobs be jailed?

(Incidentally, once again, very near to that knocking story on boo-hiss French energy firm EDF, is a very handily placed advert for British Gas Energy.)

Also, I'm surprised by the idea that jail is a perfect solution to all our problems - well, problems that largely involve 'louts' and 'yobs' and people who can't afford car insurance. I suspect it's some idea that if we simply jailed the entire working class or everyone too poor to afford car insurance, for example, then everything would be all right. Ah, if only it were that simple. But of course, the rich and people of a higher class never get rowdy on aeroplanes or get tanked up and have fights, do they?

Anyway, no comments yet on our marvellous athletics success yesterday. I'm sure plenty will come along though. Although... it reminds me of when Alesha Dixon won Strictly Come Dancing, and 5 Chinese Crackers noticed that there was a surprising lack of comments.

Perhaps Express messageboard readers, who are usually busily attacking Muslims and saying that British people from ethnic minorities who commit crimes should be 'deported', don't have an opinion about Christine Ohuruogu?
