In the comments on 'Youcouldntbladdymakeitup' it was suggested to me that the reason for Brum's anti-atheist internet filters was simply ineptitude rather than any concerted campaign.
Which seems very plausible when you read about the latest example of pisspoor organisation to come out of England's second city.
Makes my very own Bristol City Council look positively competent in comparison.

*sigh* I knew it was too much to hope for that this story wouldn’t make it out of Brum. What I really want to know is why the fuck Birmingham city council had to buy a photo from an online image bank in the first place, surely they must own a fair few…
